Great Enthusiasm at ‘Park Concerts’
In Karşıyaka Summer Nights are Being Colored with Music
Karsiyaka Municipality which wishes to color the summer nights with music, continues to organize ‘Park Concerts’ at different points of the district. At the concert that is realized at Semikler quarter on the first day of the week, Havva Karakas took to the stage. Hundreds of citizens of Karsiyaka from all ages shared the big enthusiasm.
Havva Karakaş Created Enthusiasm
Karşıyaka Municipality continues to organize Park Concerts in order to color the warm summer nights and to bring joy. Within the scope of events being highly admired, Havva Karakas, who is one of the best vocalists in Balkan music came together with the habitants of Şemikler Quarter. The concert that was realized at the front of Ahmet Piristina Cultural Center and which lasted for two hours, created colorful scenes. Citizens of Karşıyaka accompanied the artists with their dances through the night.
A Different Quarter in Each Week
Park Concerts will meet the citizens of Karsiyaka with Aegean Band tomorrow (on the 9th of August) at Bostanlı Recreation Area, with Taylan Senol at Ornekkoy Quarter Bazaar Place on 16th of August, with Sedat Bozan at Donanmacı Quarter Osmanbey Park on 23rd of August, and with KODA at Alaybey Tersane Cafe on the 5th of September. Events will be finalized on the night when Copeart Orchestra will take to the stage at Bostanlı Fishers Park on the 13th of September. All the concerts will commence at 21.00.
It Fitted Well to Karşıyaka
Karşıyaka Mayor Hüseyin Mutlu Akpınar said: “Park Concers became a social project fitting very well to the free identity and spirit of friendship and brotherhood of our Karsiyaka. Mini concerts which we organize at a different quarter each week is attracting great interest of our citizens from all ages. We are facing the difficulties together while we are increasing our joy and happiness as we share them. We will always live our pain and joy together.”
Habitants of Şemikler Quarter thanked to Karsiyaka Municipality and to Mayor Akpınar for the organization.
